Wewin1 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Terms

Welcome to wewin1. This Terms & Conditions document sets out the legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and wewin1 ("Platform", "we", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions apply to all users who access or use the wewin1 website, including all online casino games, Sports Betting, e-sports, lottery, and all related services offered through the wewin1 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and wewin1. By accessing or using the wewin1 platform in any manner, you accept and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the wewin1 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age stipulated in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be the individual registering the account for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must be a resident of, or accessing the wewin1 platform from, a location where online betting activities are not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You are not permitted to hold more than one (1) active account on wewin1. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held within them may be forfeited.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.

To register on wewin1, you will need to provide your full name, a valid email address, a Malaysian phone number, and any additional information that may be required for identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) in accordance with wewin1's compliance requirements.

3. User Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wewin1 account password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another person.

• Never share your wewin1 login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password for your wewin1 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account security settings.
• Notify the wewin1 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Wewin1 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Payments

Wewin1 supports a variety of popular deposit methods available in Malaysia for the convenience of our members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• All payment methods used for deposits must be in the name of the registered wewin1 member. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• Wewin1 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable, except where wewin1 determines that a deposit was made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Wewin1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit that exceeds the set limit.

5. Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your wewin1 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same member's name.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and the time the request is submitted.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow and Malaysian e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, wewin1 may require full identity verification, including an identity card document and phone number confirmation.
• If there is an active bonus in your account with an unfulfilled wagering requirement, withdrawals may be held until that condition is met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Wewin1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms & conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, in addition to the following general terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements (rollover) have been met.
• Wewin1 bonus wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 20x, depending on the bonus type. The specific value is stated on each promotions page.
• Bets placed on certain games may not count, or may only partially count, towards bonus rollover requirements.
• Wewin1 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• If you make a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, wewin1 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus amounts and bonus winnings from your balance.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the wewin1 platform are subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted by the wewin1 system.
• Bets on Live Casino, Baccarat, slots, Sports Betting, e-sports, and lottery each have their own minimum and maximum limits, which are set and displayed within each respective game.
• For Sports Betting – including football leagues such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL, badminton, and E-Sports – the odds displayed are those at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before the bet is confirmed.
• Wewin1 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on odds that were published in error or due to a technical fault.
• Bets placed after an event has started (live betting) are subject to additional terms available in the wewin1 Sports Betting section.
• Game outcomes generated by the wewin1 random number generator (RNG) are final. The wewin1 RNG has been audited and certified by an independent third party.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the wewin1 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one wewin1 account (whether under your own name or using false information).
• Using automated software, bots, or any technological tools to play or place bets automatically.
• Exploitation of technical bugs or system errors on wewin1 – any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team.
• Bonus abuse – including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players to exploit the betting system, or any form of promotional misuse.
• Money laundering or using the wewin1 platform for any unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wewin1 staff or other players.
• Sharing or selling your wewin1 account to another party.

9. Account Closure

Wewin1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these wewin1 Terms & Conditions.
• Failed or insufficient age or identity verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• At the member's own request – wewin1 respects voluntary account closure requests.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, wewin1 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, bonuses, and unclaimed winnings. For account closures not resulting from a violation, any valid balance will be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wewin1 shall not be liable for:

• Errors or delays in transaction processing caused by third parties, including banks, e-wallet providers, or payment networks.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Wewin1's total liability to you, if any, is limited to the amount you have deposited into your wewin1 account within the 30 days preceding the claim in question.

11. Privacy & Data

By accepting these wewin1 Terms & Conditions, you also agree to wewin1's Privacy Policy in its entirety. In brief, wewin1 collects your personal data for the following purposes:
